Winter Safety & Service Notice

At Dog Doody Duty LLC, safety comes first—for our clients, their pets, and our team. During the winter months, snow, ice, and extreme cold can create hazardous conditions that limit our ability to safely access yards and complete thorough clean-ups. Waste that is buried, frozen, or trapped under snowpack cannot be removed until a thaw allows safe and effective service.

We ask that gates and walkways be clear and accessible, and that latches are not frozen shut. These small steps help ensure our technicians can work safely and efficiently. When weather delays occur, we resume service as soon as conditions allow and prioritize customers by their regular service day.
